• Travel up to 20 minutes from Loudwater HP11 included in above prices. Further travel may be possible at an additional cost. Please check before booking.

• Please ensure there is adequate parking available for me. I have large and heavy equipment to bring in. Any time wasted searching for parking or having to park at a distance from your home will incur an additional fee. Any parking charges or fees will be payable by yourself.

• Payment by cash or bank transfer and must be paid at time of appointment.

• A deposit of £15 per person is required at time of booking to secure your appointment.

• In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule please provide at least 48 hours notice. 
  If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit and may be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel on the day you will be charged for the full price of the service booked.
